'의약품 재평가 실시에 관한 규정' 고시전문

2021.05.13 일부개정. 이미 허가된 의약품에 대하여 최신의 과학 수준에서 안전성 및 유효성을 재검토, 평가하거나 의약품동등성을 입증하기 위한 방법, 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항을 정함으로써 보다 안전하고 우수한 의약품을 공급하고 의약품의 합리적인 사용을 기하여 국민보건 향상에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다.
