의약품 품질감시를 수행함에 있어 위해 발생 우려가 높은 품목에 대한 집중적인 품질감시를 실시할 수 있도록, 위해요소를 고려한 수거검사 대상품목 선정 및 수행절차등을 반영한 '의약품 품질감시 계획 수립 및 수행 절차'(공무원지침서)를 붙임과 같이 제정하였음을 알려드리니 업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

This guidance describes methods, facility design elements, and controls that are important inpreventing drugs from being cross-contaminated with compounds containing a beta-lactam ring. This guidance also provides information regarding the relative health risk of, and the potential for, corss-reactivity in the classes of non-penicillin beta-lactam antibacterial drugs and non-antibacterial beta-lactam compounds.
