'바이오의약품 전문수탁 제조업체 GMP 평가절차(공무원지침서)' 개정 알림
국내 바이오의약품 산업 성장 촉진을 위해 그 간의 적용사례 등을 추가로 제시하여 '바이오의약품 전문수탁 제조업체 GMP 평가 절차(공무원지침서)'를 개정하였음을 알려드립니다.
「의약품 품목갱신에 관한 규정」 고시전문(2022-95호, 2022.12.29)
「의약품 품목 갱신에 관한 규정」 일부 개정고시(제2022-95호, 2022.12.29)를 반영한 고시전문입니다.
이 규정은 「약사법」 제31조의5, 제42조 및 같은 법(법률 제11421호, 2012.5.14) 부칙 제2조, 「의약품등의 안전에 관한 규칙」 제20조, 「마약류 관리에 관한 법률」 제57조에 따라 의약품 품목허가 또는 품목신고의 갱신신청과 관련하여 자료의 작성요령, 각 자료의 요건 및 면제범위 등에 관하여 세부사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
