식품의약품안전처고시 제2023-30호

1. 개정이유

「의약품 등의 안전에 관한 규칙」 제48조 및 제60조에 따라 정제, 캡슐제, 시럽제의 경우 연간 제조 수입량의 10% 이상을 소량 포장단위 공급의무를 부여하고 있으며, 이 중 공급요구가 적은 품목의 경우 동 고시에 따른 「의약품소량포장단위 공급위원회」 에서 결정한 연단위 차등적용하고 있음. 이에 의약품 소량포장단위 공급 대상 품목의 투명성 제고를 위해 법령에 근거하여 소량포장단위 대상품목(차등적용 대상 품목 포함)을 공고할 수 있도록 근거 규정을 마련하고 동 고시에 기재된 관련 기관단체명을 현행화하고자 함.

The guidance also describes conditions that may introduce nitrosamine impurities. The recent unexpected finding of nitrosamine impurities, which are probable human carcinogens, in drugs such as angiotensin Ⅱreceptor blockers(ARBs), ranitidine, nizatidine, and metformin, has made clear the need for a risk assessment strategy for potential nitrosamines in any pharmaceutical product at risk for their presence. ~
