2024년 의약품 허가-심사 설명회 자료
- 2023년도 제형별 QbD 예시모델 및 기초기술 개발 결과 공개
1. 2023년도 제형별 QbD 적용 모델 및 기초기술 개발 결과를 붙임과 같이 게시합니다.
2. 동 사업결과는 QbD 적용 예시모델을 통해 QbD 기반의 제품개발 방법론 및 접근법 등에 대한 실제 적용사례를 제시함으로써 업계의 이해도를 제고하고 제약업계 전반에 QbD 확산 및 인프라 보급을 목적으로 수행되었습니다.
3. 다만, 각 제약업체가 QbD를 적용한 의약품을 개발할때는 업체별로 축적된 지식, 개발경험, 관련 설비, GMP 운영정도 등에 따라 개발방법과 접근법의 선택 및 적용에 차이가 있을 수 있으므로 동 사업결과를 정형화된 틀로 사용할 수 없습니다. 특히 업체가 품목허가를 목적으로 제출하는 자료로서 사용할 수 없음을 알려드립니다.

[FDA] Fostering Medical Device Improvement: FDA Activities and Engagement with the Voluntary Improvement Program

The FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) is issuing this guidance to describe its policy regarding participation in the Voluntary Improvement Program (VIP). The VIP is a voluntary program facilitated through the Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC) that evaluates the capability and performance of a medical device manufacturer's practices using third-party appraisals, and is intended to guide improvement to enhance the quality of devices.
