「의약품 병용금기 성분 등의 지정에 관한 규정」(식품의약품안전처고시 제2015-21호, 2015. 4. 23)을 일부 개정함에 있어 국민에게 미리 알려 의견을 수렴하고자 그 취지, 개정 이유 및 주요 내용을「행정절차법」제46조에 따라 다음과 같이 공고합니다.의약품의 광안정성 평가 가이드라인 제정
의약품의 광안정성에 대하여 국제기준과 조화를 이룬 평가방법을 제시하고자 「의약품의 광안정성 평가 가이드라인」을 붙임과 같이 제정하였습니다.

Current Good Manufacturing Practice for Phase 1 Investigational Drugs (PDF-92KB)
This guidance is intended to assist in applying current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) required under section 501(a)(2)(B) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) in the manufacture of most investigational new drugs (IND) used in phase 1 clinical trials.2 These drugs, which include biological drugs, are exempt from complying with 21 CFR part 211 under 21 CFR 210.2(c) (referred to as phase 1 investigational drugs).
High Purity Water System
This guide discusses, primarily from a microbiological aspect, the review and evaluation of high purity water systems that are used for the manufacture of drug products and drug substances. It also includes a review of the design of the various types of systems and some of the problems that have been associated with these systems. As with other guides, it is not all-inclusive, but provides background and guidance for the review and evaluation of high purity water systems. The Guide To Inspections of Microbiological Pharmaceutical Quality Control Laboratories (May, 1993) provides additional guidance.
