제조용 동물의 사육 및 관리 등에 관한 기준 일부개정고시
1. 개정이유
제조관리자가 작성·비치하여야 하는 사육업무관리지침서의 요건을 보다 명확하게 하고, 제조업자가 갖추도록 한 사육시설 중 중복적 성격이 있는 시설을 통합하여 제조용 동물의 적정 관리체계를 마련하려는 것임
2. 주요내용
가. 제조관리자가 작성·비치하여야 하는 사육업무관리지침서의 작성 요건 중 ‘기타 필요한 사항’ 삭제(안 제3조)
나. 제조업자가 설치하여야 하는 설비 중 ‘배수처리 설비’는 ‘급수 및 배수 위생 설비’와 유사한 설비로 중복 관리 해소를 위하여 삭제함 (안 제5조)

1. 개정이유
국가출하승인의약품 범위를 명확하게 규정하고, 출하승인 신청자료 중 이미 품목허가 사항으로 관리되는 내용을 삭제하여 국가출하승인 업무가 적정하게 관리되도록 개선하려는 것임
2. 주요내용
가. 국가출하승인의약품 범위 명확화(안 제3조)
나. 감염병 대유행으로 인한 위기사태에 신속한 국가출하승인이 가능하도록 근거 마련(안 제4조)
다. 제품 투여경로, 1회 접종량 등 허가사항으로 관리되는 사항은 출하승인 신청자료에 기재하지 않도록 하여 민원 편의 도모(안 제5조)가이드라인
Computerized Systems in Drug Establishments (2/83)
Computers are being used in increasing numbers in the pharmaceutical industry. As microprocessors become more powerful, reliable, and less expensive we can expect the proliferation of this technology, with increasing use by even very small pharmaceutical establishments. Computer systems are used in a wide variety of ways in a pharmaceutical establishment, such as, maintenance of quarantine systems for drug components, control of significant steps in manufacturing the dosage form, control of laboratory functions, management of warehousing and distribution activities.
This guidance is intended to describe a regulatory framework (Process Analytical Technology, PAT) that will encourage the voluntary development and implementation of innovative pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Working with existing regulations, the Agency has developed an innovative approach for helping the pharmaceutical industry address anticipated technical and regulatory issues and questions.
