「의약품 임상시험 계획 승인에 관한 규정」(식품의약품안전처고시 제2018-46호, 2018. 6. 4.)을 개정하는 데 있어, 그 개정이유와 주요
내용을 국민에게 미리 알려 이에 대한 의견을 듣기 위하여 「행정절차법」 제46조에 따라 다음과 같이 행정예고합니다.의약품 품질 시스템 가이드라인(민원인안내서)제정 알림
우리 처(의약품품질과)에서는 국내 의약품 품질경쟁력 확보를 위해 의약품 품질 시스템 적용 관련 제약업계의 이해를 돕고자 의약품 품질 시스템 가이드라인(민원인 안내서)를 붙임과 같이 제정하여 배포함을 알려드리니 관련 업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

The Use of Mechanical Calibration of Dissolution Apparatus 1 and 2- Current Good Manufacturing Practice
This guidance is intended to aid drug manufacturers (including ancillary testing laboratories) in calibrating U. S. Pharmacopeia (USP) Dissolution Apparatus 1 and 2 to help assure that critical parameters associated with the dissolution apparatus meet certain mechanical calibration (MC) tolerances.
Validation of Cleaning Processes
Validation of cleaning procedures has generated considerable discussion since agency documents, including the Inspection Guide for Bulk Pharmaceutical Chemicals and the Biotechnology Inspection Guide, have briefly addressed this issue.
